By accessing or using Subsurface (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Subsurface is an analytics platform for Substack publishers. It processes your Substack subscriber export data locally in your browser to generate insights about your audience. No subscriber data is stored on our servers.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Lemon Squeezy. Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with 30 days notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds. We offer a 7-day refund on new subscriptions if the Service does not work as described. Requests after 7 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at hello@subsurface.app.

All content, design, and code comprising the Service is owned by Subsurface. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property other than a limited licence to use the Service as intended.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you by email for material changes.
